## The Role

We're hiring a Business Analyst to be the bridge between our customers and our solutions team. You'll be the consistent face of IoTReady for our customers - understanding their operational challenges, translating them into clear requirements, leading pilots, and guiding successful rollouts.

This role is perfect for someone with deep operational knowledge in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing who can speak the customer's language and ensure our solutions truly solve their problems.

**What You'll Work On:**

- Working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and pain points
- Conducting detailed discovery sessions with customers to map their operational workflows
- Documenting customer challenges and converting them into actionable specifications for our solutions team
- Leading pilot deployments and gathering feedback to refine the solution
- Guiding rollout and delivery phases, ensuring smooth implementation
- Being the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey with IoTReady
- Creating detailed business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories
- Analyzing customer data and operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Training customer teams and driving platform adoption

## Experience Required

3-5 years of professional experience in operations, business analysis, or consulting roles

**We strongly prefer:**

- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing
- Experience working directly with warehouse or factory operations
- Those who understand ground realities of Indian manufacturing and distribution
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or solution consulting

## What We're Looking For

**Required:**

- Based in Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Delhi, or ready to move there
- Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati, spoken and written
- Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear technical requirements
- Customer-facing skills with ability to build trust and relationships
- Comfort working across sales, delivery, and engineering teams
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time, locally and nationally, and spend time on the warehouse/factory floor

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, ERPNext)
- Knowledge of warehouse management or inventory systems
- Prior experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- SQL or basic data analysis skills
- Experience creating process documentation and flowcharts

## Work Requirements

- **Full-time, in-office** in Mumbai, Ahmedabad or Delhi. Candidates ready to relocate to one of these cities are welcome
- Heavy travel required (60-70%) to customer sites, local and across India
- Competitive compensation based on experience
