## Wi-Fi disconnection

- Check the signal strength with a network analyzer app (e.g., **WiFiman**). The strength should be in the range of **-30 dBm to -45 dBm**.

- If the device does not reconnect, reboot it by switching it off and on.

- Ensure that the network credentials have not changed.

- If the credentials have changed, scan the new QR code for SSID and Password (SSID and password will be shown on the display).

## LED stuck with a certain color

- **Yellow**: Weight stabilized or awaiting response from the server.

- **Blue**: Crate not found in the system.

- **Green**: Audit Passed.

- **Red**: Audit Failed.

## Weight not being displayed

- Check the cable connected to the weighing scale.

- Ensure the cable is not loose.

## Continuously failing

- This may be due to changes on the server. Please contact the Admin team to inquire if any changes were made.

## Crate ID/blue light not visible after scan

- This occurs because weight data is not coming into the IoT device.

- Check if the weighing scale data is being received by putting the device into **Test Mode**.

## Test mode

- Scan the QR code: `-> conf:test`
