## At a glance

- **±5 mm** Dimensional accuracy
- **500 kg** Weighing capacity
- **<2 s** Measurement cycle
- **BLE or Wi-Fi** Connectivity

Captures the whole of quantity in one instrument. An operator places the item
and the station returns a timestamped record of length, width, height and weight
before they have let go of it, fused from machine vision, multi-point optical
ranging and precision load sensing. No barcode, reference marker or manual entry
is involved.

Measurement runs entirely on the device, so the station keeps working at full
speed through a network outage. The link it ships with, Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi,
carries the result rather than the raw sensor data. Platform size, weighing capacity
and mounting are configured to the application, so the same product line serves
a courier counter, a warehouse pack bench and a freight dock.

## Specifications

| Object envelope | 50 × 50 mm to 1000 × 1000 mm |
| Object height | 50 mm to 1200 mm |
| Dimensional accuracy | ±5 mm or ±1 %, whichever is greater |
| Object shape | Cuboid, cylindrical and irregular; bounding envelope reported |
| Reference marker | Not required |
| Weighing accuracy | ±0.1 % of full scale |
| Processing | On-device; the network carries results, never raw sensor data |
| Network API | REST/JSON over HTTPS; WebSocket, webhook or MQTT push |
| Offline behaviour | Results queued locally; queue drains on reconnection |

## Used by

- [Warehouse Management](https://iotready.com/solutions/warehouse-management.md): Warehouse, store, yard and shop-floor inventory, run as nine workflows that read identity and quantity off the item itself and validate it before the document posts.
- [Quick Commerce](https://iotready.com/industries/quick-commerce.md): Dark stores move faster than any ERP can follow, so the record has to be made at the dock while the crate is still there.
- [Snacks & Sweets](https://iotready.com/industries/snacks-sweets.md): Short shelf life, batch recall exposure and weight-based yield, all of which need the record made on the line.
