Delivery audit device troubleshooting
Wi-Fi drops, what each indicator colour means, missing weight, and how to reach test mode.
Wi-Fi disconnection
-
Check the signal strength with a network analyzer app (e.g., WiFiman). The strength should be in the range of -30 dBm to -45 dBm.
-
If the device does not reconnect, reboot it by switching it off and on.
-
Ensure that the network credentials have not changed.
-
If the credentials have changed, scan the new QR code for SSID and Password (SSID and password will be shown on the display).
